How do I book my time on a vehicle?
Open the booking calendar in your dashboard, pick available dates, confirm. Vehicle is prepared and delivered or available for pickup at the assigned facility.

Fair-use rules during high season
Peak season caps consecutive bookings to 7 days per share. Off-season allows up to 14 consecutive days. No member can book two adjacent peak weekends.

Cancellations and rebooking
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before. Within 72 hours: forfeits a half-day from your annual budget. Within 24 hours: forfeits the booked period.

Mileage limits and overages
Standard share = 3,200 miles/year (100 mi/day × 32 days). Overages billed at $4/mile.

Bringing a passenger or co-driver
Passengers are fine. A co-driver (someone else behind the wheel) requires pre-verification and a household-secondary-driver add-on.

Can I take the car out of state?
Within the contiguous US, with notice. Inter-market transit between RYDA cities is built-in. Outside the operating market, advance approval and an extended-trip rider apply.

What if there's a hurricane during my booking?
If a NOAA-named storm tracks toward the operating market, RYDA recalls vehicles to indoor storage and issues full refunds for affected bookings. Members are not charged.

Can I park it at an airport or hotel valet?
Indoor airport parking is fine. Hotel valet is fine for nice hotels. Off-airport surface lots and standard hotel self-park are not allowed under the policy.

What if I lose the key fob?
Call Service immediately. Replacement keys for exotics range $1,500–$8,000 and require dealer programming. The lost-key fee comes out of the responsible member.
