How do I book my time on a vehicle?
Open the booking calendar in your dashboard, pick available dates, confirm. Vehicle is prepared and delivered or available for pickup at the assigned facility.
Where to book
Bookings happen in your member dashboard under My Cars → [Vehicle] → Calendar. The calendar shows your remaining days for the year, other co-owners' bookings, blackout dates, and the fair-use status for the period.
Booking windows
- Standard booking: up to 90 days in advance.
- Black tier members: up to 180 days in advance.
- Peak season (May–September in Miami): a separate weekly draft system applies during the first 30 days of the year. Beyond that, bookings are first-come-first-served.
After you confirm
RYDA prepares the vehicle 24 hours before your booking starts: wash, fuel, condition photos, cabin reset. You can opt for white-glove delivery to a Miami address or pickup at the storage facility. Black tier includes delivery.
