Fair-use rules during high season

Peak season caps consecutive bookings to 7 days per share. Off-season allows up to 14 consecutive days. No member can book two adjacent peak weekends.

Fair-use rules exist to prevent any one co-owner from monopolizing peak windows when 5–7 other members want the same days. They apply per share, if you hold two shares, you get double the budget.

Peak season (Miami: May–Sep)

  • 7 consecutive days max per share, per booking.
  • Two peak weekends per share, max, and not adjacent.
  • F1 Grand Prix weekend: separate lottery among all co-owners.

Off-season (Oct–Apr)

  • 14 consecutive days max per share, per booking.
  • No weekend cap.
  • Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, NYE): lottery if multiple co-owners request.
Fair-use rules are formally defined in each LLC's Operating Agreement and can be amended by member vote (75% threshold).
