Cancellations and rebooking
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before. Within 72 hours: forfeits a half-day from your annual budget. Within 24 hours: forfeits the booked period.
More than 72 hours out
Free cancellation. The days return to your annual usage budget and the calendar opens up for other co-owners.
24–72 hours
A half-day is deducted from your annual budget as a cancellation fee. This compensates the operations team for prep work already started.
Less than 24 hours / no-show
The full booked period is deducted from your budget. You can rebook the same days if they're still available, but they count against your budget twice.
Force majeure
Hurricanes, family emergencies, etc. RYDA Service waives fees on case-by-case basis. Just call us, we're not trying to penalize people for legitimate emergencies.
