How is the manufacturer warranty preserved?

All scheduled service goes through the authorized manufacturer dealer, on-time, with full documentation. Warranty stays intact for the vehicle's full coverage period.

Why it matters

Manufacturer warranties cover major mechanical failures (engine, transmission, electronics) and are worth tens of thousands on exotic vehicles. They have strict requirements: scheduled service must happen on-time, at authorized dealers, with original-equipment parts.

How RYDA preserves it

  • Every service appointment is at the authorized dealer (Ferrari of Miami, McLaren of Beverly Hills, etc.), never independent shops or quick-lube chains.
  • Service intervals are tracked and scheduled proactively. Vehicles never go past the manufacturer's recommended interval.
  • Original-equipment parts only on warranty-covered components. No aftermarket substitutions.
  • All service records are retained in the LLC's permanent file and re-certified annually.

What can void warranty

Aftermarket modifications to powertrain or electronics, or skipped service intervals. We don't allow these on RYDA fleet vehicles for this reason.
