How is maintenance handled?
RYDA handles 100% of routine and unscheduled maintenance through approved authorized facilities. Co-owners are not on call for any of it.
Routine service
Manufacturer-recommended service intervals (oil, fluids, brakes, tires) are scheduled by RYDA Operations. The vehicle is taken to an authorized facility (Ferrari of Miami, McLaren of Beverly Hills, etc.) and returned to storage. Members are notified when their vehicle is in service so bookings aren't affected.
Unscheduled work
Mechanical issues, recall work, or damage repair is handled the same way. Co-owners are notified of any work taking the vehicle out of service for more than 7 days.
Reporting and visibility
Every service appointment is logged with photos, mileage, and an itemized invoice in the vehicle's service log, accessible to all co-owners through the dashboard.
