Inspection reports and condition documentation
Pre-purchase inspection at acquisition, condition photos before/after every booking, and an annual full inspection at the manufacturer dealer.
Pre-purchase inspection (PPI)
Before any vehicle enters the RYDA fleet, we commission an independent multi-point pre-purchase inspection by a qualified specialist (typically the manufacturer's authorized facility). The report is included in the LLC's permanent record and shared with all early co-owners.
Per-booking condition photos
Operations takes a 12-photo condition set before and after every member booking. Members get the photo set in their app at handover and can flag discrepancies before driving.
Annual inspection
Once a year, the vehicle goes to the authorized manufacturer dealer for a full multi-point inspection. The report becomes part of the LLC's record and supports annual valuation and insurance renewal.
