Can I take the car to a car show or photoshoot?

Casual car meets and Sunday gatherings: yes. Featured display at major shows: pre-approval. Paid photoshoots or commercial use: requires approval and a separate rider.

Casual car culture

Bringing the car to a casual local meet, a coffee-and-cars Sunday, or a parking-lot gathering with friends: completely fine. This is part of why people own these cars. No special process.

Major shows

If the vehicle is going to be a featured display at a major event (Cars & Coffee Miami's main showcase, a manufacturer event, a museum exhibition), notify Service in advance. We'll coordinate a clean prep, possibly arrange transport, and confirm event-specific insurance considerations.

Photoshoots, personal

Personal photography (you, your friends, social media content) is fine. The car can be in the photo. We just ask you not to obscure RYDA branding if the vehicle has any (most don't).

Photoshoots, paid or commercial

  • Paid photoshoots, brand collaborations, music video appearances, paid social posts: require advance approval and a commercial-use rider.
  • Commercial use voids the standard policy without the rider, meaning if the car is damaged during a paid shoot, the insurance won't pay.
  • RYDA Service can quote the commercial rider in 24 hours; cost is typically $750–2,500 per shoot day depending on use.
