What's my deductible if I'm at fault?
$2,500 standard deductible for at-fault collisions. $5,000 for at-fault losses involving willful misuse. Not-at-fault: zero.
Deductibles depend on circumstance:
- Not-at-fault collision: $0. Other party's insurance handles repair through subrogation.
- At-fault collision (no willful misuse): $2,500. Your responsibility, deducted via the on-file payment method.
- At-fault collision involving willful misuse (street racing, unauthorized track use, driving while uninsured by violating rules): $5,000 plus possible membership review.
- Comprehensive (theft, weather, vandalism not your fault): $1,000.
If a co-owner objects
Repeated at-fault incidents can be grounds for membership review under the Operating Agreement. The other co-owners on the same LLC can vote to require sale of the at-fault member's share at fair-market price.
