What's the early-100 pricing lock?
First 100 members lock in $350 Blue / $1,000 Black for life. As long as your membership stays active, the price never increases.
When RYDA launched, the first 100 members were eligible for permanently locked membership pricing at a $150–500 annual discount. The lock applies to the membership fee only, co-ownership buy-in prices, management fees, and other charges are at standard rates.
Locked rates
- Early Blue: $350/year, locked. (Standard $500/year.)
- Early Black: $1,000/year, locked. (Standard $1,500/year.)
- 10-year savings vs. standard pricing: $1,500 (Blue) or $5,000 (Black).
Status terms
- The lock applies as long as your membership remains active and continuous.
- If you cancel and re-enroll later, you re-enroll at standard pricing, early status is non-recoverable.
- Status is non-transferable. You can't sell or gift early-100 status to another member.
- Status carries through tier changes (e.g., upgrading from Blue to Black keeps your early lock).
All 100 early shares are allocated by application order, with priority weighting for members in launch markets and members making early share commitments.
