How am I billed?

Annual membership on enrollment date. Quarterly management fees per LLC. Per-booking charges (delivery, overages) settled monthly.

Membership fee

Annual, billed on your enrollment anniversary. Auto-renews unless you cancel ≥7 days before. Early-100 pricing locks for life.

Vehicle management fee

All-in fee charged to the LLC, billed quarterly, paid pro-rata by co-owners. On a $340K Ferrari with 10 shares (up to 5 members), the LLC's annual fee runs ~$70,800 ($7,080 per share, ~$1,770/quarter for a one-share holder). The fee covers RYDA's service component plus pass-through costs (insurance, storage, scheduled maintenance, depreciation reserves). Range across the fleet: ~7–9% of vehicle value depending on the model.

Per-booking charges

Standard delivery & detailing: included in the management fee.
Premium delivery (white-glove to non-default address): $200/booking.
Mileage overage: $4/mile, settled the following month.

Statements

Monthly account statement summarizes membership status, all charges, all bookings, and all per-share LLC obligations. Annual statement issued each year by March 15.
