What's the 3% transfer fee?

A flat 3% of the agreed price on every member-to-member share transfer, paid to RYDA. Covers LLC paperwork, KYC re-verification of the new co-owner, and registry updates.

Every member-to-member share transfer that RYDA facilitates carries a 3% fee on the agreed price. It's deducted from seller proceeds at settlement.

What the fee covers

  • Transfer paperwork and updated Operating Agreement signatures from the new co-owner.
  • KYC verification and driving record check on the new co-owner.
  • Updated certificates of insurance and updated LLC member register entry for the new co-owner.
  • Registry update with the LLC's state registrar.
  • Onboarding of the new member into the booking calendar with the other co-owners.

It's competitive with, usually below, comparable structures (jet card transfer fees run 5–10%). The fee is fixed and disclosed in the Operating Agreement and Management Services Agreement.
